Warranty conditions for commercial kitchen appliances

Thank you for choosing our commercial kitchen equipment. We take pride in the quality and durability of our products and want to offer you more security with these warranty conditions.

  1. Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the date of purchase of the device. All commercial kitchen equipment comes with a warranty of 12 to 24 months (1 or 2 years), depending on the brand, unless otherwise specified. The warranty period refers to the time during which the device functions properly, provided that usage and maintenance are carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions.

  1. Warranty Services

In the event of a warranty claim, we offer the following services:

  • Free repair or replacement part: If a defect occurs due to a manufacturing error, we will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected device.

  • Free replacement parts: If necessary, we will provide replacement parts that are defective due to a manufacturing error.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, misuse, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, external influences, or natural wear and tear.

  1. Scope

This warranty only applies to devices that are operated in their original condition and exclusively for commercial use. Proper installation by trained personnel is a prerequisite for the validity of the warranty.

  1. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, you must take the following steps:

  • Proof of purchase: The purchase receipt or another form of proof of the purchase date must be presented.

  • Contact customer service: Contact our customer service to report the warranty case. You must provide the model number of the device, the serial number, and a description of the problem.

  • Technical inspection: In some cases, it may be necessary for a technician to inspect the device to determine the cause of the problem.

  1. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by the following circumstances:

  • Improper use: Use of the device contrary to the application described in the user manual.

  • Lack of maintenance: Neglect of the recommended regular maintenance and cleaning.

  • External influences: Damage caused by external factors such as fire, water, power outages, surges, or natural disasters.

  • Wear parts: Parts that show wear due to normal use, such as seals, filters, or lighting.

  1. Additional Notes

  • Transferability: This warranty is not transferable. It only applies to the original purchaser of the device.

  • Warranty extension: In certain cases, we offer a warranty extension for an additional fee. Please inquire with us if you are interested in an extended warranty.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased device. Any further liability, particularly for consequential damages caused by the operation of the device, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
